1. Who we are

Initial Commit is a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak), located at Herculesstraat 1, 7521 DJ Enschede, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number 42120516, VAT number NL005509629B06. You can reach us at abdullahtopal@proton.me.

These terms apply to the ZZP website subscription. For custom projects we make separate arrangements in a quote.

2. Who it is for

The subscription is meant for businesses and self-employed professionals registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. You are 18 or older and act on behalf of your business, not as a consumer. You confirm this when ordering and provide your KVK number.

3. What you get

You get what is listed for the chosen plan on the subscription page at the time you order. You fill in your website yourself through your account; changes you save are live immediately once the site is published.

4. Price and payment

• Prices on the website exclude 21% VAT. Before you pay, you see the amount including VAT.
• New customers get a 14-day trial, once. At sign-up we charge a one-off €0.01 to verify your payment method. The subscription amount is collected for the first time on the day the trial ends; you see that date before you pay. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing more.
• You pay in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Mollie. With your first payment you authorise automatic collection of the following terms.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the same price until you cancel.

5. Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time in your account, with one button, or by email.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Your website stays online until that date; after that it goes offline and nothing further is collected.
• If you want your website and data removed sooner, send us an email.

6. Your content

You decide the texts and images on your website and are responsible for them. Only publish content you have the rights to and that does not break the law. State your own business details on your website; the editor has fields for your KVK and VAT number.

We may remove content that is clearly unlawful, or take it offline, after receiving a report. We will let you know.

7. Reporting content

Do you see content on a website we host that you believe is unlawful? Report it to abdullahtopal@proton.me with the web address and a short explanation. We assess every report and tell you what we do with it.

8. Taking your data with you

In your account you can download a file with your details and your website content at any time. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy statement.

9. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
